In this patent, a new composite of a streium hexaferrite srfe12019 (sf0) with bismuth ferrite bife03 in the proportions of 16%, 20%, 40%, 60% and 80% was manufactured and studied in the microwave region. The temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency (tf) presents very interesting values, especially for the 16% composite, where the value of (tf) was very close to zero (-4.22 ppm / ° c). These composites showed a permittivity variation between 8 and 18, caused by the characteristics of bfo. This set of properties conferred a stable behavior in relation to temperature variation is evidenced by the value shown of the temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency. These properties ensure that it can be safely used for the proper functioning of components in microwave circuits, dielectric resonant antenna (DRA), and other important electronic components used in microelectronics.
