The present invention is in the fields of biotechnology and materials engineering, and describes a process for coating of bioceramic substrate and surface with bioceramic coated substrate by said coating process. Thus, the present invention solves the problem of coating hydroxyapatite substrates, preferably implant substrates, the process being of low cost and complexity when compared to conventional technologies.
