In the current energy context, the search for renewable energy sources is constantly growing. Thus, hydrogen appears as one of the renewable energy alternatives, assuming a very important ecological role, one of the main reasons for its ability not to generate toxic gases to the atmosphere. In this study, hydrogen was obtained by anaerobic fermentation of lignocellulosic biomass (seeds and Acacia raquilas). Heat -battered reactors were used in the 35th and early pH range of 7.0. In addition, different mass compositions of waste have been tested,Starting with a reactor with a reactional mixture with 100% of seed mass (r0s100),Being in the next incremental reactors 25% mass of ratios until the last reactor had a mixture with 100% of ratios (r100s0). The tests aimed to optimise the generation of hydrogen, evaluate the suction using basic pre -treatment (naoh 0,5%v /v),In addition to choosing the best composition of the green biomass mixture or the use of seeds or ratios separately. It was found that the reactor mixed with 50% of each component obtained a specific maximum production of hydrogen maximum 310,80 mlh2 /gssvh being the best result achieved in the experiment.
