The present invention is basically constituted by a set formed by segments (1) which rest on their lower ends between two struts (2) of the structure by means of shims (3), connecting to said struts (2) by means of greased protective strands (4) which at their ends receive an end piece (5) which allows the prestressing tightening of said strands (4). each said segment (1) has a preferably rectangular shape and is provided with longitudinal through holes (6) extending from the front to the rear face; a lower niche (7) longitudinally centered at each lower end; a central chamfer (8) and a side chamfer (9) on the front and rear faces. each shim (3) has an approximately cubic shape, being provided superiorly with a trapezoidal shoulder (10) and inferiorly with a curvilinear cutout (11). each end piece (5) has a rectangular shape and is provided with front through holes (12) regularly distributed at the top and bottom.
