The bearing support structure includes a radial support (115) and an axial support (110). the radial support includes a plurality of radial wheels, and the axial support includes a plurality of axial tricks. the vessel is provided with an upper process deck (160) and the tower structure includes a surrounding deck (125). the surrounding deck is positioned vertically above an upper side (11) of the axial support and below an elevation of the upper process deck (160). An fpso or flng vessel is provided which includes the tower mooring system.
