The present invention relates to an artificial hip joint rod and stem delivery method, wherein the artificial hip joint rod that is used to replace the injured acetabulum or femoral head comprises: a stem body having a head securing portion protruding from its top and securing a head, a horizontally open operating space on its upper side and a vertically penetrated head insertion hole to be connected to the operating space ; a screw portion inserted into the head and swivel insert hole; an operating conversion part inserted into the operating space to be moved vertically by the screw part in a state in which the operating conversion part is connected to the screw part; a clamping strap inserted into the operating space so that the screw portion is clamped to rotate without changing its depth; a variable operating part inserted into a support surface of the rod body to adjust the horizontal width by operating the operating conversion part; and a movable pin for securing the variable operating part to the operating conversion part.
