The invention relates to veterinary medicine and science and describes methods of producing optimized osteoplastic materials characterized by a highly accurate dose of nucleic acids, a more effective dynamics of releasing gene constructs from the structure of a carrier matrix, and an increased level of transfection of recipient bed cells with a biologically active substance. The first method refers to gene constructs and allows them to be divided into two fractions that most effectively stimulate a repair process. The second method refers to the functionalization of carrier matrices by complexing agents. In addition, a method is disclosed for the production of sterile medical products from optimized gene activated materials.
