An isolated human antibody, or a fragment of binding to the antigen, capable of recognizing and attaching to an epitope of HA2 sub -unit of the influenza haemagglutinin protein (ha),Nucleic acid molecule and pharmaceutical composition. This invention concerns binding molecules such as human monoclonal antibodies that bind to influenza H5N1 virus and have neutralisation activity against influenza H5N1 virus. The exposure provides nucleic acid molecules by codifying antibodies, their sequences and compositions, including antibodies and methods of identifying or producing them. Antibodies can be used in the diagnosis, prophylaxis and /or treatment of an influenza H5N1 virus infection. In a preferred form of achievement,Antibodies provide protection from in vivo cross -species in vivo in such a way that infections of influenza subtypes based on H5, H2, H6, H9 and H1 can be prevented and /or treated.
