Formulation and administration of vitamin D with modified and stable release

摘要

A stable formula for controlled release of vitamin D compound is described. The formula is composed of 25 hydroxyvitamin D2 and 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 and a cellulose compound. The stable formula showed stable dissolution after exposure to storage conditions, and its pharmacodynamic parameters were improved compared with the unstable formula.
