The non-contact microwave meter comprises a tunable measuring unit (10) which is equipped with a microwave power or voltage or current indicator and is connected to a computer. The meter further comprises a transmitting antenna (3) and a receiving antenna (5). The transmitting antenna (3) is input connected to the microwave output of the tunable measuring unit (10) and the receiving antenna (5) is output connected to the microwave input of the tunable measuring unit (10). The transmitting antenna (3), the receiving antenna (5) and the reflective surface (4) are in such a relative position that the receiving antenna (5) lies in the direction of propagation of the electromagnetic field signal emitted by the transmitting antenna (3). The receiving antenna (5) also lies in the direction of propagation of the electromagnetic field signal emitted by the transmitting antenna (3) and reflected from the reflective surface (4). The radiation pattern of the receiving antenna (5) is oriented towards the transmitting antenna (3) and the reflective surface (4).
