摘要

For the first time, individual (without admixture of penta- and hexaacyl derivatives) di-, tri-, and tetraacyl S-LPS endotoxic bacteria were obtained, as well as their combinations, and their immunobiological, physicochemical, and chemical-pharmaceutical properties were investigated. For the first time, the possibility of their clinical use is shown directly in the form of vaccines or pharmaceutical compositions containing modified S-LPS separately as a mono-component or combination thereof as a two- and three-component active substance, respectively. Modified S-LPS and their combinations have a high degree of safety and show low pyrogenicity and high immunogenicity. Vaccines and pharmaceutical compositions developed on their basis demonstrate anti-shock activity, high efficacy and specificity, a wide range of action, as well as good chemical and pharmaceutical parameters.
