The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for preoperative preparation of a patient for surgical correction of the deformity of the middle foot, when the components of the deformity (angulation, shortening) are located in the sagittal plane. To determine the reference lines and angles of the bones of the middle and hind part of the foot, in order to assess its deformation, a number of indicators are known, among which the most commonly used is the talopathy and metatarsal angle (Meary angle) formed by the anatomical axes of the ram and first metatarsal bones; calcaneal metatarsal angle formed by the anatomical axes of the calcaneal and first metatarsal bones, and tibial metatarsal angle formed by the anatomical axes of the tibial and first metatarsal bones. The claimed invention allows preoperative planning of surgical correction to be made more accurate and reliable by taking into account a more accurate assessment of the real condition of the total foot deformity, a more complete and comprehensive assessment of the reference lines and bone angles of the middle and posterior part of the foot when determining its true deformity.
