The invention relates to metallurgy of nonferrous and precious metals, in particular, to processing ores and concentrates, containing gold, silver and mercury minerals. There performed cyanide leaching of the crushed material, sorption of precious metals and mercury from the productive solution on activated carbon. The saturated carbon sorbent is treated in solution of hydrochloric acid, washed, dried and subject to vacuum-heat treatment at 400-450°C and 1-8 kPa residual pressure with condensation of metallic mercury vapors in being cooled condenser. After the demercurization desorption of precious metals from carbon sorbent is carried out by alkaline-cyanide solution in autoclave conditions, selection of gold and silver from eluate is performed using electrolysis process. The technical result provides reduction of material costs and increase of silver extraction in target alloy of ligature gold.
