Systems and methods for providing a blood coagulation factor VIII (CFVIII) dosing regimen, including taking two blood samples from a patient after a CFVIII infusion and determining excretion of CFVIII based on two blood samples, and determining whether the patient has a half-life that exceeds the predetermined threshold. The pharmacokinetic (RK) profile of the patient is determined using the Bayesian model of the pharmacokinetic profiles of patients in the sample that have a similar body weight or age of the patient. The first weighting factor is applied to the Bayesian model of the pharmacokinetic profiles of patients included in the sample, if the patient's half-life exceeds a predefined threshold, and the second weighting factor, smaller than the first weighting factor, is applied to the Bayesian model of the pharmacokinetic profiles of the patients included in the sample, if the period patient's half-life is less than the predefined threshold. The dosage regimen for the patient is determined based on the RK profile.
