The invention relates to chemistry, pharmacy and, in particular, to the preparation of drugs from derivatives of phenolic or polyphenolic compounds combined with tricyclic systems of compounds of the benzodiazepine class, condensed with derivatives of 1,4-dihydropyridines that affect the central nervous and vascular systems. These pharmaceutical compositions exhibit GABAergic, antiglutamatergic, modulating calcium channels, mitoprotective, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptotic effects, which can be used in the treatment of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, neurodegenerative, neuropsychiatric and neurological diseases.
