ALERTING SYSTEM FOR WORKERS ON RAILWAY TRACKS

The invention relates to the alerting system operated in railroad transport and can be used at railroad stations to inform workers on railway tracks of the approaching rolling stock. The system contains a station-based controller that is connected via its inputs to the hardware-software device of the automatic locomotive shunting and alarm system and via its outputs to the signal monitoring panel of the automated workstation of duty officer at the station control room; a stationary alarm radio station connected to the input/output of the station controller, plus the portable team loudspeaker set at the area of rail-track works tuned via a radio channel to personal portable communicators; at the same time the portable team radio communicator is connected via a radio channel to a satellite navigation system while the personal portable communicator includes a radio receiver and an audio-vibration alarm. The portable team communicator includes a controller connected via a sound circuit and control circuit to the amplifier with loudspeaker load, a keypad, a navigation signals receiver, a radio transceiver, a check microphone, an optical radiator and an autonomous power supply unit, the respective inputs of the controller also connected to the keypad, navigation signals receiver and check microphone outputs and inputs/outputs of the radio transceiver, while outputs of the controller are connected to the optical radiator and the radio set is connected via a radio channel to the stationary alarm radio station and the radio receivers of personal portable communicators. Technical result consists in improving the conditions of receiving alarm communication signals, blocking out acoustic noise produced by loudspeaker in residential areas adjacent to the railway station and reducing the costs to build and maintain the system.
