The present invention relates to a device for testing a rotary pressure filter, a testing method and a method for constructing it. The device comprises a stabilization tank; a buffer tank connected to a stabilization tank; a filter frame located under the buffer tank and connected to the buffer tank; a reservoir for receiving liquid under the filter frame; electronic scales located at the bottom of the tank for receiving liquid; and a stopwatch. The testing method involves adding a certain amount of calculated test sludge to the filter frame, then introducing a gas with a certain pressure into the stabilization tank, filling the filter frame through the buffer tank, then opening the valve at the bottom of the filter frame, measuring the mass of the released mother liquor in the filter frame, measuring the process time filtration and sampling and analysis of the filtered filter cake and mother liquor according to real need; after that, the consistent execution of the cleaning and drying processes according to this method. In the present invention, the cost of testing is significantly reduced, and meanwhile, the actual operating conditions can be simulated more accurately, thereby obtaining accurate and reliable structural data.
