摘要

The invention relates to hyperpharmacophoric multi-target pharmacophorms characterised by high-energy targeting, by adhesion of target receptor’s molecule ligand as well as by small structural fragments having affinity to the tumor, which fragments are, in the sequel, subject either to structural expansion or to interconnection with other structural fragments with the aim to improve action in the signaling pathways of said receptors, what proves to be of critical importance for gliomas in astrocytoma tumors.
