The invention relates to biotechnology, namely to a process for submerged cultivation of Aspergillus niger CNMN FD 01 mycelial fungi strain.The process, according to the invention, comprises preparing a spore suspension of the strain grown for 14 days on a sloped wort-agar medium, inoculating the suspension in a concentration of 10% vol. in a nutrient medium with the pH 7.2, containing, g/L: soy flour - 35.0, K2HPO4 - 5.0, (NH4)2SO4 - 1.0 and drinking water the rest and culturing at a temperature of 28…30°C with continuous stirring for 96 hours. The spore suspension, before inoculation, is treated with titanium dioxide TiO2 nanoparticles of a size of 40 nm in a concentration of 0.0010%.
