The present invention relates to an internet vending type distribution system by a prepayment. Particularly, it relates to the use and connection of different technologies to achieve a wireless internet distributor. It possesses a network antenna transmitter and receiver of Wi-Fi signal, with a central computer responsible for managing users and software programs. Also, it has a screen for user information display and an electronic purse for prepayment. The present invention aims to provide a generator of accounts and access to a stable internet network with limited connection, for a period restricted by the prepayment established herein.
