The present invention aims to provide a non-invasive method for diagnosing and/or prognosis cervical cancer, as well as to detect a healthy woman without gynecological injury. Specifically, it relates to the accelerated detection of a spectrum of volatile organic compounds acting as volatile biomarkers of said disease. Also, it applies to the detection and/or prognosis of endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer. The present invention further relates to diagnostic, prognostic and/or surveillance equipment useful for detecting the spectrum of volatile organic compounds of cervical cancer, contained in a device used in the external genital area based on the use of biological nose and qualitative electronic nose.
