摘要

The present invention relates to a manufacturing process of an electrochemical sensor and its evaluation based on a nanostructured material, comprising a polymeric conductive polyaniline matrix with cellulose doped tungsten trioxide for the detection of acetone or ketone bodies at environmental temperature and low concentrations. The materials synthesized for the preparation of the sensor were polyaniline with a conductivity of 13.9 S/cm and tungsten trioxide in the monoclinic phase doped with cellulose as a carbon source. Said compound is useful for the detection of acetone with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy to control resistance changes proportional to the concentration thereof. The developed sensor achieved a calculated detection limit of 10 ppm and an R2 of 0.99415 with an R.S.D of 5% at environmental temperature.
