摘要

The present invention relates to a process for the synthesis of graphene oxide and/or graphene by controlling the oxidation reaction on the graffiti material substrate. The oxidation reaction control is performed from the generation of different oxidation states of the oxidizing agent. Said oxidation states are the product of the reaction between the oxidizing agent and species of the radical type, ions, and electrons obtained from the irradiation on the dispersion of the graffiti material with microwaves. Said species generate a redox system on the oxidizing agent generating other oxidation states resulting in the control of the oxidation reaction on the graffiti material. The material produced has a surface oxygen content (atomic %) between 4-35%, according to the conditions of the oxidation reaction on the graffiti material.
