摘要

The present disclosure is related to Lanthanide coordination compounds (llI) and elements of group 13 (Boron and Aluminum (lll)) showing an important luminescence. The compounds comprise indanone-type ligands capable of chelating the lanthanide ions (III), such as terbium, europium, neodymium, etc., and boron (lll) and aluminum (lll). Chelating ligands are efficient photoluminescence sensitizers of the centers used; these include substituted ?-hydroxymethyl-indanones R, with R substituents such as thiophene, substituted phenyl and phenyl, pyridines, and naphthalene.
