The present disclosure is related to a diaphragmatic shock absorber for overexertion detection, comprising an outer cylinder (100) that houses inside a piston (200) that has a positive and negative displacement depending on the direction of the force in which is applied. Likewise, an upper closing unit (300) that seals the arrangement of the shock absorber that is arranged inside the outer cylinder (100), a pair of springs (400) that are elastic operators capable of storing energy and detaching it without suffering permanent deformation during the movement of the plunger (200). The present invention has, as a special technical feature, a fluid containment diaphragm (500) interconnected with an indicator (600) that allows a visual inspection of the shock absorber to detect any structural damage that requires the same to stop operating.
