The present application relates to an electric connection device for a draw-out circuit breaker, and a draw-out circuit breaker. Disclosed is an electric connection device for a draw-out circuit breaker, comprising: at least one conductive sheet group that comprises two rotatably supported conductive sheets, at least one end of first ends and second ends of the two conductive sheets forming a clamping chuck for clamping a connected terminal, clamping surfaces of the clamping chuck being defined by mutually opposite side surfaces of the at least one end, and the at least one end being able to move along a direction in which the connected terminal is loosened/clamped; and a clamping part which can fix the conductive sheet group and provide a clamping force for the connected terminal inserted into the clamping chuck. Each conductive sheet is provided with a flexible conductive part connected with the at least one end so as to adjust the contact extent between the at least one end and the connected terminal.
