摘要

The invention consists in a method for obtaining superparamagnetic hybrid nanostructures with drugs and the use thereof as antineoplastic agent controlled and steered by magnetic fields. The method consists of the following steps: synthesis of superparamagnetic nanoparticles coated with an organic acid; coating of the particles of supermagnetic magnetite with organic acid (MSF) with an hydrophobic antineoplastic drug; stabilization of the superparamagnetic magnetite particles coated with the drug (MCF) by means of coatings with molecules of non-ionic triblock copolymers; purification of the precipitated solid, and storage of the superparamagnetic hybrid nanostructures with the drug (MCFP). Said superparamagnetic hybrid nanostructures with the drug can be steered and located in a specific place of the human being by means of the application of exciting magnetic fields, thus enabling the cytotoxic active principle to be locally supplied in neoplastic tissues, thus solving an important p roblem of drugs with antineoplastic activity such as hydrophobicity and low bioavailability.
