An assembly for bringing or maintaining a heating pipe system to a working pressure, the assembly being provided with a filling valve with an inlet that can be connected to a plumbing pipe system, and with an outlet that can be connected to a heating pipe system. The fill valve is equipped with an electrically actuated actuator for opening and closing the fill valve. Furthermore, the assembly is provided with a pressure sensor which is configured to measure a medium pressure in the central heating pipe system, and with a control unit which is in operative connection with the electrically actuated actuator of the filling valve and in communicative connection with the pressure sensor. The control module is configured to, depending on at least the current_pressure value determined by the pressure sensor, issue a valve_open_signal or a valve_close_signal with the aid of which the actuator can bring the fill valve into an open or closed position.
