Fixed Device of Thermal Insulation Board for External Wall of Shear Wall Structure

The present invention discloses a fixed device of a thermal insulation board for external wall of a shear wall structure, including a self-tapping screw. The self-tapping screw is inserted into a threaded hole provided on a main body ofthe thermal insulation board. The self-tapping screw is made to rotate 5 and move downwards by using an electric drill, so that the main body ofthe thermal insulation board is tightly attached to the wall body. With the downward movement of the self-tapping screw, the groove is on a same horizontal plane as the slide rail. The second plug-in rod is inserted into the slide rail to fix the position ofthe self-tapping screw, thereby avoiding the rotation ofthe self-tapping screw, and preventing the self-tapping screw from loosening to cause the separation ofthe main body ofthe 10 thermal insulation board from the wall body. By rotating the cover board and using the adhesive layer, the surface ofthe self-tapping screw is covered. The threaded hole is sealed to enhance the thermal insulation effect. When the main body ofthe thermal insulation board is needed to be disassembled, the first plug-in rod is pressed, by the action ofthe connecting rod, to make the two baffle plates move away from each other, the second plug-in rod is pushed out ofthe slide rail, and finally the self-tapping 15 screw is rotated out of the wall body, which is convenient and efficient, saves time and labor.
