The subject of the report is a multifunctional device for remote patient monitoring (1),in particular, the electrical activity of the heart and the degree of hydration of the chest, in the form of a harness (2) adapted for carrying on the body in the torso area, containing electrodes of an electrocardiogram (211, 212, 221, 222, 231, 232),Bioimpedance electrodes (223, 233),a central unit (214) processing signals originating from those electrodes and a communication module (215) for the wireless transmission of signals processed by the central unit (214) to a remote monitoring system. In order to allow for a simultaneous ECG test in the 12-effluent system and independent measurement of the left and right breast (left and right lungs) in terms of the degree of hydrogenation by the analysis of electrical bioimpedance, the so-called bioimpedance electrodes (223, 233) include the front (223, 233) placed at the front of the patient's torso and corresponding rear electrodes placed at the back of the patient's torso,paired with at least one pair of bioimpedance electrodes (233) designating a line passing through the left breast of the patient and at least one pair of bioimpedance electrodes (223) designating a line passing through the right breast of the patient.
