The method is characterized by the initial processing of the image after the digital image of the blade into the computer memory, with non -linear filtration first,assigning to each of the pixels of this image the value of the deviation of the standard pixel brightness of the pixels surrounding it.A new image is then created by assigning all values of deviation of the standard pixel brightness, values from the defined range,where the initial shore value is the minimum linear deviation value and the final shore value is the maximum linear deviation value.Other values are determined by linear interpolation,determining the fractional dimension of the Katz for each point of the curve representing the edge of the blade and on that basis determining the position and geometry of the damage.
