The notification concerns ferrous ferrite with increased abrasion resistance containing carbon in its composition,silicon,manganese,phosphorus,sulphur,magnesium,nickel,molybdenum,copper and chromium. It's an iron characteristic.that it contains (in%mass): 3,5 -3,7% carbon;2,4 -2,6% silicon;0,16 -0,17% manganese;0,04 -0045% phosphorus;max. 0015% sulphurs,0036 -0042% magnesium;1,4 -1,45% nickel;0,2 -0,28% molybdenum;0,6 -0,65% copper;0,45 -0,5% chromium and 0033 -0035% boron;Other iron. The notification shall also cover the production of cast iron castings with increased abrasion resistance,which is characterized bythat the melted alloy,containing (in%mass): 3,5 -3,7% carbon;2,4 -2,6% silicon;0,16 -0,17% manganese;0,04 -0045% phosphorus;max. 0015% sulphur;0036 -0042% magnesium;1,4 -1,45% nickel;0,2 -0,28% molybdenum;0,6 -0,65% copper;0,45 -0,5% chromium and 0033 -0035% boron;other iron,is heated to 1500'c temperature and maintained for a period of five minutes,and then a spheroidal and gravitational modification process is carried out in 0,6% mass,then the liquid foot is poured into the casting moulds,and the resulting effluent is purified. Purified casting is subjected to austenitism at temperature (T?) 950's in time? ?2,5 hours,after which the effluent is hardened in a salt bath of a temperature selected from 200oC to 320oC with an isothermal change over two hours. The scope of the notification is also the use of chromium -boron ferrite iron for the production of abrasive -resistant castings, in particular in the form of detergents,parts of agricultural and road machinery and other castings.
