Method of measuring the conical consumption rate of the positive ignition compression -ignition internal combustion engine manifold,consisting of:that it is carried out by means of a precision injection needle of a contactless laser measuring instrument (1),which, for the leap of the needle (3), covers the range from 0 millimeters to 10 millimeters with the accuracy to 0,01 millimeter and is applied to the needle (3) of the fuel sprayer (4),then the results of the measurements are transmitted via the transfer line of the results of the measurements (5) to the modular analyser (6),containing a registration and analysis module,which, on the basis of the sample parameters database, is used for analysis,whether the cone nest under consideration is eligible for continued operation,repair or cancellation,this specifies the actual conical hardness of the fuel -sprayer housing surface.
