The purpose of the notification is to provide bioactive polymer ceramic composite biomaterial, in particular for the reconstruction of cartilage tissue, by means of an aqueous solution of synthetic polymer, which is poly (vinylpyrrolidone),concentration from 5 to 20% weights,in quantities from 10 to 75% of volume. in relation to the whole composition, it is combined at ambient temperature, with a continuous mixture, with a water solution of natural polymer, preferably gelatine, of a concentration of 2 to 10% weight.in quantities from 10 to 75% of volume. in relation to the whole composition, then mixed solutions are introduced,in the case of continuous mixing, calcium phosphate with a structure of hydroxyapatite, of natural or synthetic origin, of grains of less than 200 m, in quantities of 2,5 to 10% weight. the composition, the mixture obtained shall be homogenised and then administered to the mixture,in the case of continuous mixing, a meshing agent favouring poly (ethylene glycol) diacrylate with a mean molecular weight of 700, in such a quantity that the ratio of the total volume of the reaction mixture to the volume of the added meshing agent is one:0,1 to 1:0,2 and a photoinitiator, which is 2 -hydroxy -2 -methyl -propiofenone, in such a quantity that the ratio of the total volume of the reaction mixture, taking into account the volume of the networking factor, to the volume of the added photoinitiator is within the range of 1:0015 to 1:0300,then the mixture is polymerised in the UV radiation field at a dose from 0,2 to 0,8 J /cm2.
