The substance of the notification is the compound (E)-2,4 -dimethoxy -4'-phenylchalcone, model 2, (Z)-2,4 -dimethoxy -4'-phenylchalcone, model 3. The notification shall also include the means of receiving them simultaneously. This method consists of adding hydrochloride hydroxylamine, anhydrous sodium sulphate (VI) to the substrate, which is 2,4 -dimethoxy -4'-phenylchalkon of model 1, followed by a mixture of organic solvents and the apparatus being filled with nitrogen. After dissolving the substrates, pyridine is added,which is a reaction mixture,which is protected from light and kept at a temperature from 18oC to 28oC for a period of five to 14 days. The reaction mixture is poured into cold water or ice water and then extracted with an organic solvent that does not mix with water,dry with anhydrous magnesium sulphate and /or anhydrous sodium sulphate and the solvent evaporates,the extract obtained is then purified on a chromatographic column.
