The matrix consists of two parts (2a, 2b) with design surfaces representing the shape of the model used to make the design surfaces between which the closed profile is fixed (1). Each part (2a, 2b) of the matrix, top and bottom,made from a rigid base box (3),which box is filled with deformable formic material (4),the main component of which is made of grain material, in particular sand, which is concentrated and locally fortified by the plastic deformation formed in the closed profile matrix (1). The opposite sides of the box are equipped with a cut to attach the ends of the closed profile (1). The design surface of both parts (2a, 2b) shall be made with excess regard to the dimensions of the deflection zones (5, 6) of the matrix under the influence of the plastic deformation of the formed closed profile (1),by using a model reduced by the assumed dimension of the deflection zones (5, 6) in relation to the final dimension of the formed closed profile (1). The notification shall also cover the hydromechanical design of closed profiles.
