A numerically controlled universal 3 -axis or 4 -axis CNC milling plotter, equipped with a drive system with a crank for attaching functional tools, a service gate,control system and support structure,in which a rectangular bearing plate (3) is located on the support structure below the service gate,where a system for attaching components for processing is located, comprising linear actuators (6) connected to the control system, embedded in linear guides (4A, 4B, 4C) attached to the carrier plate (3). One linear actuator (6) is conveniently located at the centre of the bearing plate (3) in point 0 of the coordinate system x, y, which is the geometric centre of the plotter's field of work;which is connected to the control system and extendable harmonic shields are mounted to the edge of the support structure parallel to the gate of the mobile plotter. The attachments are mounted on the side of the linear actuator (6) and are positive in the form of suctions.
