The way in which a polarised linear optical signal emitted by a monochromatic electromagnetic radiation source is propagated in a homogeneous cross -directional liquid crystal cell, anda longitudinal optical spatial soliton generated by the non -linear reorientation of the liquid crystal with the initial orientation of the molecule forced by parallel layers orientation with microwaves designed as follows:that for an optical signal of linear polarisation between the orientation layers, a "Y" structure is created with an input channel (2b) leading to an input optical signal and two output channels (2c, 2d) leading to an output signal, the change the direction of the output signal between the two output channels (2c, 2d) is achieved by changing the input voltage of the optical signal propagated in the input channel (2b).
