New peptide derivatives of PDGF and how to obtain them are reported. In addition, the subject of the notification is the pharmaceutical composition containing new compounds and the use of these compounds as a treatment for severe skin lesions and skin lesions of different etiology, including those resulting from venous insufficiency, tissue anaemia, mastitis, diabetes, neurological, inflammatory, surgical wounds, wounds following chemo and /or radiotherapy and other pathological conditions.
