The subject of the notification presented in the drawing, is an innovative design and connection of the infusion bowl with a filtration system (filter) made as a monolithic beam using a method of rapid prototyping (spatial printing) of high temperature ceramic materials. The repetitive construction of integrated ceramic mixtures with filters, their complete control of geometric parameters, ensures the process of producing spatial printing methods to integrate them into one element. This process additionally allows the use of different external surfaces of a filter to increase the absorption capacity of liquid metal andto shorten the watering time and fill the interior of the form. The infusion system element thus obtained will allow for any modeling of the shape affecting the filtration and flow of liquid metal. Preliminary simulation and empirical studies confirm a 30%reduction in filling timeReduce turbulence during wet metal casting and improve liquid alloy filtration.
