High-molecular protein-sugar fraction isolated from Dendrobaena veneta earthworm celomatic fluid for application in treatment of large intestine cancer

摘要

A high molecular protein-sugar fraction isolated from Dendrobaena veneta cell worm cell fluid, which is a new treatment for colon cancer, has been reported. The fluid fraction exhibits high activity in the inhibition of cancer cell division and is free of toxicity to normal colon cells. Stored at 0-5-oC temperature in the form of a lyophilisate, it is a convenient form and easy access to the use of this highly active substance in cancer therapy.
