According to the invention, the pipe comprises an external layer and a compact internal layer, respectively, having a density of 1.5...1.9 g/cm, made of 56...86.9% virgin polyvinyl chloride (PVC) K64-68 and usual processing ingredients, as well as a medial expanded layer having a density of 0.5...0.8 g/cm, made of a mixture of 2.2...51.6% virgin PVC K57-68, 24.2...63.8% micronized recycled PVC, usual processing ingredients and expanding agents.
