The invention relates to a process for manufacturing a glass-fiber-reinforced composite used for manufacturing customized implants by using the 3D printing technique. According to the invention, the process consists in mixing an organic matrix made of methacrylic monomers with nano-filling of hydroxyapatite, zirconium oxide and gentamicin, at the room temperature, for 2 h, resulting in a resin which impregnates a glass fiber cloth, wherefrom, after the lamination process, a composite reinforced with glass fiber is obtained which is thermally treated inside an electric oven at 100°C, further on the residual monomer is removed by extraction with solvent, to result in a biomaterial having antimicrobial effects and favourable biological reactions.
