The invention relates to a nano-sensor micro-system for monitoring and stimulating saliva secretion, meant to be used in the medical field. According to the invention, the micro-system anchored in the jawbone by means of a dental implant (21), embedded in biocompatible material mass (10) and supplied by two batteries (8 and 9), consists of a lower and an upper semicasings (13 and 15) having therein a microcontroller (1) connected to a humidity sensor (3a) and a pH sensor (3b) which pick up data from remanent saliva, some stimulation electrodes (11, 12), an emitting antenna (2) by means of which the data are sent to an external device, in order for the microsystem to adjust the stimulation sequence depending on the data collected by the sensors and to emit a signal comprising a plurality of impulse groups for neurostimulation of the nerves involved in the salivary reflex.
