The invention relates to a controlled-start device for mobilization of lower or upper limbs affected after a vascular accident. According to the invention, the device comprises a transformer (1) needed for the operation of a 12 V motor (2) which puts into motion an arm (3) with a pedal (4) on which a glove or a shoe, as the case may be, is mounted, all the said components being fixed on a metallic support.
