The invention relates to a bioreactor for dry anaerobic digestion of wastes with organic substrate. According to the invention, the bioreactor consists of a vessel (1) with supporting system and double wall for the process of heating the heating medium needed for anaerobic digestion, a percolation system (Sp) consisting of a recycling pump (2), some connecting pipes (3) making connection to some spraying nozzles (D), some temperature- and pH-monitoring sensors (4 and 5), a screen (6) mounted at the bottom of the vessel (1), as well as a system (7) for side discharge of digestate.
