Method for production of highly-selective and efficient adsorbent for simultaneous removal of sulfur compounds corrosive to silver and amine derivative of toluil triazole from mineral insulating oils consists of production of adsorbent by applying silver and ammonium ions onto annealed silicon dioxide, which is than used in a column of stainless steel, by flowing mineral insulating oil through column filled with adsorbent on temperature from 50°C to 78°C, flow from 1000 to 2000 liter per hour, and in case of removing higher concentrations of sulfur compounds the process is performed in narrower range of from 68°C to 78°C. This process removes efficiently octasulfur, disulfides and amine derivative of toluil triazole including ranges of high concentrations of these molecules and compounds from mineral transformer oils and solve the corrosive problem of mineral insulating oils towards silver.
