A link mechanism for opening and closing a die and positioning a bottom die by a single shaft. The link mechanism comprises a die opening and closing assembly, a bottom die positioning assembly, and a driving assembly. The die opening and closing assembly comprises a bottom die (1) capable of moving in a vertical direction relative to a frame, a fixed template (2) fixedly arranged on the frame, and a movable template (3) capable of rotating relative to the frame. The bottom die positioning assembly comprises a stop block (43) arranged at the bottom of the movable template (3), a slide block (42) capable of sliding relative to the frame, a swinging piece (44) used for driving the slide block (42) to slide, and a rotating piece (41) that rotates relative to the frame and drives, when rotating, the swinging piece (44) to swing around a first axis relative to the frame. The rotating piece (41) and the movable template (3) are fixedly connected with a rotating shaft (21), and the rotating shaft (21) is driven by a power source to rotate around a second axis. When the die opening and closing assembly is in a die closing state, the slide block (42) and the stop block (43) are both inserted between the bottom die (1) and the frame and prop against the bottom die (1), and the movable template (3) is meshed with the fixed template (2). When the die opening and closing assembly is in a die opening state, the movable template (3) is opened relative to the fixed template (2), and the stop block (43) and the slide block (42) leave the bottom die (1). In the link mechanism, the die opening and closing assembly and the bottom die positioning assembly are driven by rotation of a rotating shaft to implement linking; therefore, an action problem is solved by a simplest structure, the structure is simplified, the operation is convenient, and the equipment size is reduced.
