A formulation of canned food product comprising chevon lean meat cooked in stew of tomato and other spices. The product is produced following food safety standard to ensure market acceptance and stability. It was also subjected to different product evaluation to include nutritional content, commercial sterility and shelf-life to meet the product's requirement for commercialization.
