The primary objective of the utility model to provide the process of producing of producing edible wrapper utilizing root crop starch and Lubi-Lubi (Ficus pseudopalma). The present utility model is the process of producing of producing edible wrapper utilizing root crop starch and Lubi-Lubi (Ficus pseudopalma).The process of producing edible wrapper utilizing Root crop starch and Lubi-Lubi (Ficus pseudopalma) comprises the following method: i) preparing of ingredients: root crop Starch, Lubi-Lubi eaves, water, glycerin, refined sugar, vinegar and vegetable oil; ii) mixing of ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds to 1 minute, iii)cooking in a pot while steering continuously until the starch gelatinize, iv) spreading the gel mixture in the tray, v) drying the gel mixture in the food dryer at 40-60øC for 5 hours, vi) cutting into 3 inches by 3 inches square, and vii) packing of the wrapper. The root crop is prepared from the following process: i.) washing thoroughly removing the residue and dirt; ii) peeling the root crops; iii) washing of the peeled root crops in a basin using 200 ppm chlorine bleach and water solution; iv) rasping the root crops using multi-crop crusher, v.) settling the starch milk overnight; vi.) drying the sediments of wet starch in an aluminum tray utilizing multipurpose food dryer at 50 C for 8 hours; vii.) sifting the dried starch; and vii.) packing of the starch in airtight plastic container.
